Mighty Village Books

On September 23rd, 2025, I announced the launch of my very own Canadian Independent Publishing House—MIGHTY VILLAGE BOOKS—dedicated solely to children’s literature.

For several years, I’ve been feeling the call to create something NEW within the publishing industry—filled with hope, creativity and innovation. Something more aligned with my own spirit and vision for the future in publishing rooted in care, equity, and shared success.

Alongside the books we’re bringing into the world, Mighty Village Books creates art and resources to uplift, inspire, and empower children and grownups alike, available now. We’re building a community rooted in Art and Story—uniting readers, creators and educators.

I cannot imagine a more meaningful chapter and I’m so excited for this brand new beginning! I also plan to keep writing—both the children’s stories I love and the two adult novels I have planned, but moving forward, my children’s books will be proudly published by my new press, Mighty Village Books.
